ABOUT THE WEISKOPF TEAM

Over the years, The Weiskopf Team, has become synonymous with Trust, Honesty & Integrity. Both David Weiskopf and his team, as well as our previous founder and partner Wilfrid Weiskopf have dedicated themselves to providing exceptional real estate services to both buyers and sellers in North Bay and surrounding areas. We have always had a non-pressure approach, focusing on aiding clients in navigating the complexities of buying and selling.

As a team, we have helped countless clients achieve their real estate goals and turn their dreams into reality. Since Wilfrid's retirement in April 2022, David has carried on the tradition of outstanding service, ensuring that clients continue to receive the same level of trust and expertise they have always relied.

Laure Larocque joined the team in November 2021. Her expertise in photography, videography, virtual staging, and marketing enhance the overall client experience. Together, David and Laure have continued the family business as a husband-and-wife team, providing professional and comprehensive support throughout every step of the real estate journey.

The team grew with the addition of Juliana Driscoll in the summer of 2023. Juliana is a second licensed REALTOR®, adding a fresh perspective and the ability to ensure our clients are never left without assistance.

David Weiskopf

Sales Representative

Born in North Bay, David grew up in the small town of Astorville. Graduating from École Secondaire Catholique Algonquin in 2005, and becoming a registered Sales Representative in 2008 from the Canadian Real Estate Association through the Ontario Real Estate Association. In 2009, David completed his Bachelor of Business Admin from Nipissing University while doing a year a broad at the ACU University in Melbourne, Australia. A large part of his real estate and property knowledge originally come through his father Wilfrid Weiskopf who had been one of North Bay’s leading Realtors® since 1996, as well as previously and still known as one of the most reputable custom builders.

Juliana Driscoll

Sales Representative

Juliana moved to the North Bay Area with her Powassan born-and-raised husband. Now settled in Callander with their two daughters, they enjoy the close proximity to local parks, trails & beaches. Juliana grew up boating the Trent-Severn Waterway during the summer months. She is an avid waterskier, having learned to ski at just six years old. She spent her winters on week-long snowmobile trips which have taken her to various destinations in Northern Ontario. Juliana's involvement in competitive dance was big part of her childhood and took her to many places across Canada and the U.S. She now relives those days through her two daughters who dance competitively. Having a large family with deep roots, Juliana enjoys sharing her knowledge and love the North with family, friends and clients alike. She looks forward to building new relationships in real estate.

Laure Larocque

Marketing / Admin Director

Laure is born and raised in North Bay, where she graduated from École secondaire catholique Algonquin. She later completed her Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology from the University of Guelph and returned to North Bay and worked 10 years at Larocque Elder Architects, Architectes Inc. as a Project Assistant and Graphic Designer, contributing to various projects with a keen eye for detail. In 2021, Laure joined The Weiskopf Team and worked alongside Wilfrid and her husband David , she brought her skills in photography, videography, virtual staging, web design, and graphic design. With an innate ability to capture the essence of a property, Laure creates visuals that speak to a properties unique attributes.

WHO WE ARE

Married in 2016, David and Laure have 3 kids, a Welsh Spaniel (Aussie) and one bunny (Peanut). Family is a very important part of our day-to-day lives.

Juliana and her husband have two children and come from a large well-acquainted Powassan based family.

David and Laure are avid cross country skiers and you'll often find them skiing as a family at North Bay Nordic. Laure and David love to cycle, SUP, and enjoy being active outdoors. Laure has always had a passion for photography and loves to knit on her downtime

David and Laure both love traveling and meeting new people from different corners of the planet.

During the summer months, you can find David working in the beeyard. We have been beekeeping in Corbeil for the past six years. We harvest and bottle our honey which some of our clients have had the pleasure of tasting!

Juliana loves spending time as a family at the local parks, trails, beaches.

We love where we live and we love raising our family in the North!
